Chocolate Bombs

One bite and you’ll know these better-for-you treats are the bomb!

Serves: 12 / Prep: 10 minutes / Total: 10 minutes / Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, solid
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Kroger® Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat all ingredients together; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Using a small scoop, form mixture into 1” balls. Roll in unsweetened cocoa powder or flaked coconut. Keep refrigerated.
