Taco Refried Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
  • 2 Tbsp. (from 1.25 oz. package) taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Tortilla chips, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place beans and taco seasoning in microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until beans are hot, stirring halfway through and at end.
  2. Spread sour cream in 9” glass pie plate or other shallow dish.
  3. Spoon and spread beans over sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
