Taco Refried Bean Dip
INGREDIENTS:

1 can (16 oz.) refried beans

2 Tbsp. (from 1.25 oz. package) taco seasoning mix

½ cup sour cream

½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Tortilla chips, optional
DIRECTIONS:
- Place beans and taco seasoning in microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until beans are hot, stirring halfway through and at end.
- Spread sour cream in 9” glass pie plate or other shallow dish.
- Spoon and spread beans over sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
