Classic Pot Roast
- 3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- Put vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
- Salt and pepper meat, then place in slow cooker on top of vegetables.
- Mix flour and Worcestershire sauce in beef broth. Add to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 5-6 hours.
