Two-Meat Chili
INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 lb. ground pork

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 large cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. chili powder

2 tsp. brown sugar
-
2 cans (15 oz.) Simple Truth Organic™ Red Kidney Beans, drained, rinsed

2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
-
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

1 cup tomato juice
DIRECTIONS:
- In large Dutch oven, cook beef and pork over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up meat. Drain.
- Stir in green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook until mixture bubbles.
- Reduce heat to low. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
