Pineapple Hot Dogs

Two grilled hotdogs in buns topped with bits of grilled onion and pineapple

Add a tropical twist to your hot dogs with juicy pineapple!

Serves: 4 / Prep: 5 minutes / Cook: 10 minutes / Total: 15 minutes / Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 pineapple, sliced
  • 1 red onion, whole slices
  • 1/2 cup Kroger® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 4  Beef Franks
  • 4  Hot Dog Buns

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place pineapple and red onion slices on the grill and brush with teriyaki sauce. Grill until tender, 6-8 minutes, then remove from grill. Dice the pineapple and onion.
  3. Grill the hot dogs until warmed through.
  4. Serve the hot dogs in buns and top with the diced pineapple and onion.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.
